Ocoee RV Park Rules

For the safety and enjoyment of our guests, we strictly enforce the following rules.


Check-In/Check-Out Times

Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Please call to check availability.

*Guests who check in before 3:00pm without permission will be charged an additional nights stay.

Reservations

  1. 5 people allowed per site without additional charge.

  2. Only registered guests are allowed in the site

  3. Only one camping unit per site. (No tents allowed)

  4. No refunds on early departures.

  5. Monthly sites are intended for extended stays and are not intended for permanent residence.

  6. If you are renting a RV from a third party, they can deliver/set up the RV anytime after 3pm on the day of arrival and must have the RV off of the site by noon on day of departure.

  7. 25 year age limit on RVs staying 2 weeks or less.

Cancellations

  1. Guest who cancel 10 days prior to arrival will be refunded 80%. Cancellations made within 10 days from arrival will forfeit funds. One free change of dates is allowed if made 10 days before the arrival. Once the first change of reservation has been completed, any subsequent changes made within 10 days from arrival will be charged 20% of the deposit. There is a 3 night minimum during holidays. No refunds for the on-line reservation booking fee.

  2. No refunds on extended stay reservations exceeding two weeks. Extended stay reservations are final.

  3. Ocoee RV Park reserves the right to cancel your reservation if you do not check in within 24 hours of your check in time. If you are going to be arriving later than expected please call and let us know.

  4. Unfortunately, even in cases of an emergency, we cannot refund deposits when a cancellation occurs without proper notice.  We do not offer refunds for weather, health, or mechanical related instances. Additionally, guests who shorten their stay are liable for charges on cancelled nights.  Refund policy is strictly enforced.

General Rules

  1. Speed limit throughout the park is 5 mph.

  2. All persons must have a valid driver’s license to operate any motorized vehicle on the Park property including golf carts.

  3. Reckless driving on golf carts will not be permitted.

  4. No ATVs - electric golf carts only.

  5. Alcohol consumption must be limited to your RV site in a koozie or solo cup and in moderation. No open alcohol containers throughout the park.

  6. Smoking is not allowed in any park buildings. Do not discard cigarette butts on the ground.

  7. Please do not attempt to correct any problems with Park facilities, notify the office or one of our maintenance staff.

  8. Do no use a vacant site for any reason.

  9. Cutting of trees or plants is prohibited.

  10. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children at all times.

  11. Unregistered guests must leave the park by 10:00pm.

Fellow Camper Courtesies

  1. Quiet Time 10pm-8am

  2. Please respect privacy of fellow guests. Do NOT walk through occupied sites.

  3. Noise: please respect other guest, do not play TVs or radio so loud that your neighbor can hear the noise. If it can be heard outside your campsite perimeter, it is too loud.

  4. Loud parties, excessive drinking, offensive language, or other unacceptable behavior by guests is not permitted. Illegal activities of any sort are strictly prohibited.

  5. Common courtesy shall prevail between all persons on Ocoee RV Park property. Obnoxious, profane, abusive or threatening language, behavior and/or actions directed at Ocoee RV Park personnel or guests, or that could adversely affect the enjoyment of other parties utilizing our facility is prohibited; anyone engaging in such activity will be required to leave the Park immediately without refund at the sole discretion of Park management.

Pets

  1. Pets are certainly welcome at Ocoee RV Park, however irresponsible pet owners will not be tolerated. Please do not leave your pet outside unattended and be sure to pick up the poop, as it is not up to other guests or the grounds crew to clean up after your pet. A $25 Fine will be charged for not picking up after your pets.

  2. Pick up your pet’s waste IMMEDIATELY and dispose of it properly. This includes around your site and anywhere within Park property. This is a health issue for everyone and if you do not comply you will be asked to vacate the Park without refund.

  3. NO PETS allowed in park buildings.

  4. Management reserves the right to refuse pets based on breed/behavior. Animals are the exclusive responsibility of their owners. Noisy pets will not be tolerated. Pets may not be left outside unattended.

  5. All pets must be leashed and under physical control of the owner/handler at all times.

  6. Barking must be controlled or you will be asked to leave without refund.

  7. Upon checking in you agree that any damages or injuries caused by your pet are your sole responsibility and that your pets are vaccinated as required by law.

Site Upkeep

  1. Site must be kept neat and clean.

  2. No clothesline.

  3. No generators .

  4. Dumpsters are available for trash disposal.

  5. Don’t leave food or trash outside your camper. There are critters large and small in the surrounding area and no one wants their site being rummaged through by a raccoon or even a bear.

  6. No washing of any vehicles, campers, or RVs is allowed.

  7. Please do not take picnic tables from their sites. This includes swapping them around. If you’re planning a group gathering, we can make an exception to this providing that all tables are put back, but please check with the office beforehand.

  8. No grills or cookstoves allowed on picnic tables as they may burn the table.

  9. Mats, area rugs, etc. (anything that can possibly suffocate and kill the grass) are NOT ALLOWED on grass areas under any circumstance. This includes breathable mats. If there is a mat on the lawn, management reserves the right to remove it from the site.

  10. No stairs, porches, decks, or sheds.

  11. No parking on the grass.

  12. No digging.

  13. DO NOT put any grease, paper towels, shop towels, plastics, sanitary napkins/tampons, disposable wipes, flushable wipes, etc. in the sewer.

  14. Sewer hose adapter (rubber donut or threaded connector) for your sewer hose is REQUIRED on all sewer hookups. This prevents your hose from falling down inside the sewer pipe and backing up the sewage line. If you do not have a sewer hose seal, we do have them available in the office for purchase.

  15. Water hookup requires water pressure regulator.

  16. Do not jam your sewer hose all the way down into the inlet, as it can prevent flow from other sites and could stop the lines up.

  17. All waterlines and sewer lines must be free from leaks.

  18. Do not dump gray water on the ground.

  19. Campfires: Please use only the designated fire rings. If you are unsure as to where those are located, please ask someone in the office. Do not relocate fire rings. Fires must never be higher than 1 ½ feet. Fire rings are for firewood ONLY – cigarette butts, plastic, aluminum cans, bread ties, etc. do not belong. Never leave fires unattended!!! Always extinguish fires completely when leaving them for any amount of time.

  20. Absolutely no fireworks.

 Auto and Trailer Parking

  1. Campsite Parking: up to 2 vehicles allowed per site.

  2. No trailers or boats allowed on campsite. Overflow parking is available for a fee for trailers, boats, and additional vehicles. If you have a motorhome hauling a trailer that contains your primary driving vehicle, this is the only exception. Please call if you would like to reserve a spot in the overflow parking area.

Damages/Losses

  1. Any costs incurred by Ocoee RV Park due to damages (damages to electrical pedestal, water spigot, fences, trees, picnic tables, fire rings, signage, grass, etc.) caused by guest or cost incurred by Ocoee RV Park for removal of guest property will be charged to the credit card on file and or deducted from remaining deposit balance. Guest agrees to be billed if other payment methods are insufficient.

  2. To those who do not follow these camping guidelines, management reserves the right to refuse admission and require guests to vacate premises. Management cannot assume responsibility for injuries or accidents to cars or guests and request that campers take normal precautions against loss of money or belongings. Management also reserves the right to add to, delete from, and or modify these policies and regulations at any time without notice.
